How To Allow What We Want To Manifest In Our Life – Part 1

Ecclesiastes 11:4 – “He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.”

  • A person can always find reasons within themselves to not step out and try something new.
  • There will always be people who will tell you that you can’t do it or that you shouldn’t do it.
  • When you base your actions and your beliefs on external appearances and circumstances, you will always get more of what you already have. As implied, this means that you WILL NOT get that which you do want.
  • To start manifesting new, different, and better results in your life, you must start looking at something besides external circumstances.
  • That’s where your mind comes into play. You use your mind to imagine, create, and visualize the external circumstances that you really want.
  • Once you’ve used your creative imagination to build a clear mental vision of what you really want, your free-will and your faith then come into play.
  • You use the free-will that God has given you to choose to have faith in God that the “seeds” you have “planted” in your mind will start sprouting and growing into your external and physical world
  • Seed planted in your mind (positive or negative) will sprout and grow into your external world just as surely as planting a seed in the earth will sprout and grow.
  • Notice that there are dual obstacles… the obstacle of “planting” the seed and the obstacle of “harvesting” the fruit. You can fail to have what you want at either obstacle point. Many people never actually decide what they really want and then actively pursue it. But for those few who do, there is a second failure point… A person can go through all the effort of imagining, mentally creating, and visualizing what they want – sowing the seeds. But, if that same person doesn’t hold to what they’ve “planted” with their free-will and faith – regardless of what external circumstances look like – they’ll not reap the harvest.
  • Sowing and reaping in the physical sense is dirty, dusty, laborious, and time-intensive work. There’s nothing glamorous about it. In the same sense, sowing and reaping that which we want in our physical lives IS hard MENTAL and SPIRITUAL work. But, when the harvest comes rolling in, it will have been well worth all the effort.
  • The farmer knows that the effort and cost it takes to have a good harvest is far less than the cost of having a long, cold winter WITHOUT a harvest to sustain and support. Likewise, the effort and cost to have what we really want in our lives is far less than the cost of passing through life reacting negatively to all the circumstances we find confronting us in our physical world.

The Wealth Formula…

1. Come up with a primary income stream. For most people, this is a job. As I have said in previous articles, you should be aggressively moving towards owning your own business so that you have more control over your income and your time. Further, owning your own business is important from a tax perspective. When you are an employee working a job, you earn money, Uncle Sam takes his portion first, and then whatever is left over, you can use as you see fit. For most people, this means that they are in effect working for free for the first 3-4 months of the year. Not very smart! When you own your own business, you earn money, decide how it is going to be used, and then whatever is left, Uncle Sam can tax. This makes a huge difference in your ability to accrue wealth.

2. Give God his part of all your income.

3. Take another part of your income and put it into a wealth building account.

a. Most people say take a portion of your money and put it in savings. This is wrong. You aren’t looking to “save”. Saving won’t get you there because there will always be something that comes up where you have to tap into your savings. If you are saving for a rainy day, guess what you are going to attract into your life? That’s right, rainy days.

b. What you are looking to do is build your wealth. Instead of putting your money into “savings”, you want to put your money into a wealth-building account. When you put your money into a wealth-building account, guess what you are going to attract? Right again, opportunities to build wealth.

c. The amount you contribute to the wealth-building account isn’t what’s important. Developing the habit of contributing to the wealth-building account EVERY SINGLE TIME money comes to you is what’s important. Once it is a habit, the contribution amount will increase over time.

4. While you are building up your wealth-building account, start looking for investments that meet the following criteria:

a. You can retain significant control of it. The outcome of the stock market is not something you can control and so therefore, stocks or futures are not good investments.

b. It won’t take your focus away from your primary income stream.

c. At the very least, it will passively produce a significant return on your investment. That is, it should appreciate in value with little to no effort on your part.

d. Even better, it will become a passive income stream that requires very little of your time and produces money on an ongoing basis. Investments that produce ongoing royalties, commissions, residual sales, dividends, or rental fees are ideal.

e. You are able to develop a thorough understanding of it. Virtually all investment failures can be traced back to a lack of understanding on the part of the investor.

f. It does not violate or take away from other people.

g. There are few to no employees required and certainly, there are no “expensive expert” employees required. Here’s the thing, employees require “baby sitting”. As a Millionaire For Jesus, your time is worth at least $481 per hour which means if you spend an hour baby sitting an employee, you just cost yourself no less than $481 and possibly more. Further, employees always want “stuff” – not because they necessarily need it but because they feel gratification in spending your money.

h. It is something for which there is a high demand for it.

i. It is something for which you have a reasonable level of interest in it. Something that you have no interest in is rarely a good investment.

j. It is primarily a cash-up-front or cash-each-payment-period type investment as opposed to a “terms” business where you are always having to try to collect your money.

k. It is something which you can purchase outright from your wealth-building account. Many wealth guru’s would strongly disagree with this, but from a Biblical perspective, it’s not God’s will for His people to be under bondage of debt. The presence of debt takes away people’s ability to make the best choices in their lives because of the debt. In the absence of debt, a person is able to make choices and decisions based on what fits their life, their family, and their work for God rather than choices and decisions based on making payments on the debt. Bottom line, the Millionaire For Jesus makes small investments they can purchase outright that produce gains and growth that lead to bigger and bigger investments.

l. Real Estate is the most common investment vehicle because it fits all of the above criteria.

m. Business creation or purchase is the second most common vehicle. The most common types of businesses (due to their low-overhead and high-margin potential) include: information product providers, direct marketing companies, laundry mats, storage units, and vending businesses. There are many, many other wise investments besides these.

5. Once you have found an investment that fits all of the above criteria and your wealth-building account can fund it, make your investment.

6. Then, whatever money this investment produces should go right back into your wealth-building account. It’s important to remember that you live off of your primary income stream. A profit from your investment doesn’t mean “party time” or go spend it (blow it) on “stuff”. It means take every penny possible from the investment and put it right back into the wealth-building account so that you can make even bigger investments with even bigger returns.

7. Now, simply repeat this process over and over.

It’s Waiting For You To Find It…

See if this is you…

You’ve read my posts about starting your own business. You’ve read my posts about selling and offering products and services. You’ve read my posts about offering their KEABA to the marketplace.

But you are arguing back that you don’t have a marketplace. You are saying you don’t have any prospects or customers. You want me to understand that you don’t…

Stop right there!

Here’s what the Word of the Lord says:

Surely there is a vein for the silver, and a place for gold where they fine it.” – Job 28:1

There IS a vein of revenue that God has prepared for you.

There IS a place that is full of customers – made especially for you by God.

And it’s a sure thing. It’s a sure deal. It’s for sure. There really is a marketplace just for you that is full of prospects and customers.

The thing is, they aren’t going to drop in your lap. YOU have to go do some exploration. You have to go do some digging and mining. You have to do some searching and testing.

As the Bible says, “Seek, and ye shall find” (Matthew 7:7) and “He that seeketh, findeth.” (Matthew 7:8)

The Bible also tells us that God takes care of the sparrows and that we need to realize how much more He is going to take care of us (Matthew 10 & Luke 12).

But sparrows don’t just sit on tree limbs all day without moving. They are out looking and searching. They are working to get themselves in position to receive of God’s blessings.

As a boy, I can remember taking scraps of food outside for my Mother. There wouldn’t be a bird in sight. But within minutes of putting the scrap-food out, there would be birds pecking away at the food.

How did they find it?

First, they were searching. Two, they let God lead them.

Next post, I’ll give you the marketing formula that has created millions – even billions – for those who have applied it.

The Waiting Strategy

In Mark Chapter 2 we read a story of four men who wanted to see their friend helped…

And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four. And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay. When Jesus saw their faith…

  1. These men weren’t going to wait around for something to happen.
  2. These men weren’t going to be put off by obstacles.
  3. These men weren’t looking for reasons why they could not get what they wanted.
  4. The knew that Jesus was where their help was at and they TOOK ACTION on what they knew.
  5. Jesus didn’t respond to the need or the problem.
  6. It was when they took action that Jesus “SAW their faith” and responded.

Taking your Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities and WAITING is a strategy that DOES NOT work.

Taking ACTION based on the Knowledge, Experience and Abilities that you do have right now is a strategy that DOES work.

If you want to become a Millionaire For Jesus, you must take action.

For those of you who have been following my articles for a while, what action have you taken since the last time I wrote about taking action?

If you haven’t taken any action, notice that your financial situation is no better than it was the last time I wrote about taking action.

Take the leap of faith and take action now. Your only regret will be that you didn’t take action sooner.

In 2 Kings Chapter 3, we see a story about the army of Israel besieged by the Moabite army and the Israelites have no water. Finally in desperation they call for the prophet Elisha. He tells them, if you want water, you have to dig ditches all through this valley that you are in. AFTER they dug the ditches, THEN God sent the water.

Is your bank account on the “dry” side? Grab hold of faith and belief, take action and get to “digging your ditches” based on the Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities that you have right now. Once you’ve done your part, God will do his part. At the same time, God won’t do His part until you do your part.

If you want God to work in your finances, you’ve got to take action. The waiting strategy won’t work.

1 Corinthians 3:6 reveals to us, “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.

Now, we know that this setting of scripture is referring to winning souls to the Kingdom of God. But, at the same time, it reveals one of the laws of God. Action is required on our part before God will do His part.

God has given you Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities. He tells you to have faith in Him to work through you. For Him to work through you, you must take action.

2 Corinthians 1:19 let’s us know, “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

How is God to get glory from you if you won’t take action?

Go to prayer. Let God lead you. Listen to God as He talks to your heart and then take action on God’s prompting.

The waiting strategy doesn’t work.

The One Way To Make Your Dreams Come True

What is it that you catch yourself dreaming about from time to time?

What is it that you see yourself doing or accomplishing in your dream?

Who do you see yourself helping?

Geographically, where do you see yourself at in your dream?

What are the feelings that you feel in your dream?

What is it that makes your dream so wonderful?

If only your dream could come true…

I’ve got good news for you! Your dreams can come true.

We can find the way to make dreams a reality in Ecclesiastes 5:3 – “For a dream cometh through the multitude of business”.

The sooner you turn your KEABA (Knowledge, Experience, Ability, Belief, Action) into a business, the sooner your dreams are going to come true. (See the ‘2005-10-09’ archive for more on KEABA)

When you are working for someone else, you are helping them achieve their dreams.

How can you bring your dreams to a reality if you are busy working on someone else’s?

When you get your own business going, you can bring your own dreams to fruition.

Note: In reference to the word “multitude”, seehttp://www.millionairesforjesus.com/Blog/2005/11/srs-formula.html.

The Secret Of The Lips

Isaiah 57:19 reveals an AMAZING secret to us, “I create the fruit of the lips…saith the Lord.

What words are coming across your lips?

Not sure?

Well, just look around you. Look at your life. Look at your results. Look at your bank account. What you see is the physical creation of the words that you say.

Do you like what you see?

Would you like for things to be different?

If so, then all you have to do is change the words that you use, add some faith in God, and allow a little time for things to change.

Listen up…

As long as you see and say what you have, then you will always have nothing more than what you have right now.

But, when you can consistently see in your mind and say with your mouth what you want, you will soon have what you want.

The caveat is that you must hold to what you see and say no matter what others around you are saying and regardless of what circumstances may look like.

Your words will manifest themselves in your life – negative or positive.

When everything around you has the “look” of poverty, speak words of wealth.

When your checkbook register shows a zero balance, speak words of abundance.

When you feel like you are a “nothing-aire” speak the words that you are a Millionaire for Jesus and that you abound unto every good work to the Glory of God.

One more thing, keep in mind that the “middle” of something is usually pretty ugly. For example, in the middle of a surgery, “appearances” make it look like there has been an axe murderer on the loose. But at the “end” that person’s health is restored.

So, always, always, always see, say, and believe the end result that you want no matter what the beginning and middle might look like.

If Your Bank Account Is Empty, Here Is Why…

Genesis 1:2 tells us, “And the earth was without form, and void”.

So, what does your bank account look like? Is it “void”?

What’s your plan to increase your KEABA? Is it “without form”?

Note: if you don’t know what KEABA is, see the end of this post.

People are attracted to value. People want to give their money in exchange for value.

What is value?

Something with a low value is something that isn’t very useful, isn’t very important, isn’t worth much.

Something with a high value is very useful, very important, and worth a lot.

If your KEABA is well developed, then your value to society is going to be high. If it isn’t, then your value to society is going to be very low.

The level to which your KEABA is developed is entirely up to you. You get to decide what your value is to society.

If you are tired of a bank account that is “void” of money, then you need to decide to put “form” to your KEABA development plan.
